These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ivip9 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on ivip9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

We do not permit minors to use the Platform under any circumstances. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
đ If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under 21 years of age, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the Account pending age verification, and to void any related transactions.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the ivip9 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Users from Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or maintain an Account. ivip9 reserves the right to refuse service to any User in any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform only. Creating duplicate, multiple, or additional accounts â whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods â is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any Accounts identified as duplicates may be permanently suspended and associated balances forfeited.
Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion through ivip9's responsible gambling tools, or who are registered under any voluntary exclusion programme, are not eligible to register a new Account during the applicable exclusion period.
To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and country of residence. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
ivip9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time we consider appropriate, we may require you to submit identity documentation including but not limited to:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if documentation is not subsequently provided, potential Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ivip9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify ivip9 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account security.
ivip9 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Where 2FA is enabled, you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining access to the authentication device. ivip9 will not be responsible for Account access issues arising from loss of the authentication device where 2FA has been activated.
ivip9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of approved payment methods, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at the Company's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 50. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. Transactions below the applicable minimum will not be processed.
Deposits via approved e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via FPX may take up to one (1) business hour. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where deposits are made in alternative currencies, conversion will apply at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. ivip9 is not liable for currency conversion losses arising from rate fluctuations.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met: (a) KYC verification must be completed and approved; (b) any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limit; (d) the Account must be in good standing with no unresolved disputes, restrictions, or compliance holds.
Funds deposited to the Platform must come from a legitimate source and must be owned by the Account holder. ivip9 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay withdrawals, or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.
ivip9 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, or 20x) will be stated clearly at the time of each promotion. By way of example: a wagering requirement of 15x on a RM 100 bonus means you must place total bets of RM 1,500 using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is RM 250 (or such other amount as stated in specific promotion terms). Placing bets in excess of this limit while using Bonus Funds constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms: slot games contribute 100%; live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10%â20%; sports betting wagers contribute at rates specified per promotion. Excluded games do not contribute at all.
Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds will expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit). Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
ivip9 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, structured wagering designed to satisfy rollover requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated play with other Users to abuse promotional offers.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by ivip9. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is issued to the User. ivip9 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a market is suspended, odds have been published in error, or system errors have occurred.
In the event that obviously incorrect odds, game results, or payouts are displayed due to a technical or human error, ivip9 reserves the right to correct the error and void any affected bets. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from a User's reasonable reliance on erroneous information, but winnings paid in error remain subject to reclaim.
All sports betting markets â including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other competitions offered on the Platform â are governed by the ivip9 Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key principles include: bets on events cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined will be voided and stakes returned; in-play bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded are void; and maximum payout limits per event apply as displayed at the time of wagering.
Casino games and live dealer games are governed by the specific rules of each game as presented within the Platform. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game session, the outcome of any in-progress round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy. Disputed game results must be raised with ivip9 support within 48 hours of the relevant session.
Live sports data and statistics displayed on the Platform are provided for informational purposes and as a convenience feature. ivip9 does not guarantee the accuracy or real-time currency of such data and shall not be liable for decisions made in reliance upon it.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, ivip9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void related transactions, forfeit Account balances, and pursue legal remedies where applicable.
All content on the ivip9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game assets, audio, video, user interface designs, and branding elements, is the proprietary property of ivip9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing Platform content; creating derivative works; scraping or data-mining the Platform; or using any content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ivip9.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any ivip9 trademark or trade name.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ivip9, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
ivip9's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access.
âšī¸ ivip9 is not responsible for losses arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

Upon Account termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any available real-money Balance (exclusive of Bonus Funds) may be returned to you following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification and compliance review, subject to applicable transaction limits. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination resulting from a breach of these Terms.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ivip9 support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified payment method, subject to completion of standard withdrawal procedures.
ivip9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address where practicable. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent change.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter through any lawful dispute resolution mechanism available to them. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English language version shall prevail.
